The above name Applicant applies for an account with Barter Inc (hereinafter referred to as "BBU") for trading goods and services using BBU Trade Dollars with other BBU Members. 

Upon Acceptance as a Member of BBU:

1. No cost upfront to open the account 

2. The Applicant will pay 7.5% Cash fee on each transaction billed monthly

3. $150 cash and $150 in BBU Trade Dollars for annual renewal, on the anniversary date of enrollment.

3. The applicant agrees to abide by the "Trading Rules" , as may be amended from time to time. 

By checking this box Applicant acknowledges that he/she is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Agreement on behalf of the company and that this agreement is binding upon the company in accordance with all its terms and conditions. It is understood that this Membership Application, together with the Trading Rules, constitutes the entire agreement as between the parties and shall be binding upon their heirs, successors, administrators, and assigns. The agreement between the parties becomes effective upon the Applicant's acceptance below and the subsequent approval of the Membership Application by an officer of BBU.
